The contract query allows searching by federal tax ID, position code, or a combination of the two. To run the query, click the Search button. To view the details of a contract, click theicon next to the contract.

Modifying a Contract
To modify a contract record, click the Modify button. The contract fields will then become modifiable on the screen. Once the contract data has been modified, click the Accept button to update the contract record. Click Cancel to return to the contract detail screen without modifying the contract record.

Adding a Contract
To add a contract record, click the Add button. A screen that allows entry of the new contract data will display. Once the contract data has been entered, click the Accept button to add the contract record. Click Cancel to return to the contract query screen without adding the new contract record.

Deleting a Contract
To delete a contract record, click the Delete button. A pop-up box will appear asking to verify that the record should be deleted. Click "Ok" within the pop-up box to complete the deletion of the record.
